About the Project

The project run by Property Options (Pheonix Group) involved the development of a new residential site in Keynsham consisting of 8 high specification 1 bedroom apartments.

Burgess Projects are responsible for:

• Installing the truss rafter roof
• Installing the timer frames and softwood cladding around windows.
• Fitting the internal and external door frames & lining.
• Undertaking all internal 2nd fix carpentry including internal and external doors, skirtings and architraves.
• Fitting Howdens kitchens
• Installing laminate flooring throughout the flats in hallways and kitchen-diners.
• Building and installing bin and bike stores.
